Considering that apart from the disclosed pricing for app submissions, we have yet to know more about what their app store will offer so we’re really excited about this. Will RIM’s BlackBerry App World be a real threat to the dominance of Apple’s App Store? How much will the apps cost? There are so many questions, and hopefully, all of these will be answered on April 1.
However, with Apple recently announcing iPhone firmware 3.0 and all the new features it has to offer developers, we’re pretty sure that the App Store will remained unrivaled for the better part of 2009. 2010, on the other hand, is a completely different story, and if RIM plays their cards right, they could be in the thick of things come early next year.
