RIM’s BlackBerry Media Sync app is now at version 2.0, and it has definitely come a long way since we last reported about it late last year.

This latest iteration is now compatible with Mac and Vista 64-bit systems, and more importantly, supports Windows Media Player as well. If you’re still not familiar with the BlackBerry Media Sync app, it basically allows you import your favorite tracks from iTunes, and now Windows Media Player too, to your BlackBerry mobile phone running on version 4.2 or later.

If you want to give BlackBerry Media Sync v2.0 a try, the good thing is that it's still free so go ahead and download it here. Once you’re done playing around with it, do share with us your experience using it as we’d certainly want to hear your two cents on RIM’s latest software offering.
