The last we heard about the Samsung 8-megapixel Memoir was late last year when it passed by the FCC, but after that, things were pretty silent back at the T-Mobile camp. Well, those of you waiting for this 8-megapixel monster camera phone will be happy to know that it could hit store shelves on February 25.

That is if this leaked document holds true. Unfortunately, you’re going to have to pay some premium cash for it as it is also reported to retail for $299.99 on a 2-yr contract with a $50 mail-in rebate already in effect. That’s pretty pricey, but considering that it’s the first 8-megapixel phone available in the US, it shouldn’t be surprising.

Anyway, this isn’t official by any stretch, but at least it gives us a clue as to when to look out for the Memoir. Hopefully, the rumored release date is spot on, but we surely wouldn’t mind a change in SRP especially if it becomes much lower than what’s being reported.
