Imagine owning the copyright to a popular color. I know magenta is not exactly red or blue... heck, it's not even lime, but it's a popular shade of red nonetheless and T-Mobile having used the color on its logo once thought they owned they owned it. Well, they got it wrong, as Danish Eastern Regional High Court sees it.
T-Mobile's parent company, Deutsche Telekom, may even have been shocked to learn that the Danish court thinks the color magenta used by Telia is not the same magenta they have been using. For their trouble, DT has been slapped with legal fees amounting to 1.5M kroner.
