When people say Crackberry, it usually conjures up images of BlackBerry cellphones and owners with heads bent tapping on the keys with no end in sight. What people do not talk about is the BlackBerry service, a software package developed by RIM for enterprise users. To make a long story short, there have been reports of service interruptions once again.
Bad for business? You bet. T-Mobile and Bell mobility were hit. Apparently, it was planned and the service had a schedule to resume some hours ago. Meanwhile complaints have continued to pour in after the scheduled resumption. Though service has since gone back to normal, we can't help but face the possibility that this may become a regular thing for BlackBerry users. The device has reached a point of popularity that puts the BlackBerry service in a constant expectation of a crash.
What do you think? What should RIM do?
