Here's good news for you students out there. The Toronto District School Board has decided to lift the ban on cellphone and PDA use in schools. Beginning this September, students use their mobile phones in school, but as far as in-classroom use goes, it's still up to the "individual teachers to determine the use of personal electronic devices." Outside the classroom, however, they can use their phones freely just as long as "it does not distract from student learning or school activities."
