Microsoft took the wraps of Windows Phone 7 a year ago. It officially debuted on handset several months after that. So, how's MS's latest mobile platform faring so far? Well, they've released these figures to help everyone get a clearer picture as to the current state of WP7: 11,500 apps, 7,500 of which are paid, average of 12 downloads per user on a monthly basis, average of 1.8 days to certify an app, 36,000 developers, and a batting average of 1,200 new developers per week.
