Rogers has just released the Dell Streak. This was initially only available from Dell, but now, it’s also available for retail from the Canadian carrier as well.

For those not familiar with the Streak, this pocket tablet boasts of a 5-inch 800x480 resolution toushcreen, a 5-megapixel AF rear camera with dual LED flash, secondary VGA front-facing camera, WiFi, Bluetooth, 7.2Mbps connectivity, GPS, and runs on Android 1.6 powered by 1GHZ processor. It comes with 1.4GB of internal memory expandable via microSD card up to 32GB. A 16GB microSD card comes preinstalled by default. Apart from its 30-pin USB cable, power supply, and other pertinent documents, the package also comes bundled with a stereo headset complete with a microphone and microfiber pouch. Those dismayed over the fact its Android version need not worry as there will be an Android 2.1 upgrade released for the Streak soon.
