Personally, I’m still on the fence with regards to the authenticity of the leaked BlackBerry Bold 9800 slider, but as far as RIM’s newest clamshell phone, the BlackBerry 9670, is concerned, I’ve no doubt that it’s real especially with this hands-on video that has just recently surfaced. Brought to us by Cellular Guru, what we have here is 8 minutes of the BlackBerry 9670 live in action. Thanks to this video, we can confirm that the BlackBerry 9670 indeed comes with 5-megapixel camera complete with flash, an external display on the lid, an optical trackpad like most of its contemporaries, and runs on the new BlackBerry OS 6.0.
We also see it side-by-side with what appears to be the BlackBerry Bold 9650.
Unfortunately, that's all we have for you right now. There's still no info yet on when it will be announced, but if ever it becomes available locally in Canada, look for it to possibly be released by either Telus or Bell under their CDMA line-up.
