Nokia has just announced a new version of the X6 touchscreen phone, the 16GB X6. It looks just the same as the one they unveiled last year albeit sporting half the capacity of the 32GB variant and ships without the Comes with Music service.

Aside from those changes, this new Nokia X6 still features a 3.2-inch capacitive touchscreen, 5-megapixel camera complete with Carl Zeiss optics and dual LED flash, TV-out functionality, built-in video editing functionality, and comes loaded with the latest version of Ovi Maps that supports free turn-by-turn navigation. It also comes pre-loaded with games like Spore, Asphalt 4, and DJ Mix Tour.

The 16GB Nokia X6 will be available in all black, all white, white with pink highlights and white with yellow highlights colored variations, and will begin shipping this quarter though the announcement didn’t go as far as to name which countries it will be headed to. However, given that this version doesn’t come with their unlimited music download service, this new Nokia X6 has a more likely chance of being released in the US as opposed to its 32GB variant.
