Further diversifying their Android collection, T-Mobile has just announced their latest Android offering, the Samsung Behold II.

Samsung Behold II

This Samsung full-touchscreen phone comes equipped with a 3.2-inch AMOLED display, 5-megapixel autofocus camera complete with flash, WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1, Visual Voicemail, and T-Mobile 3G connectivity. Needless to say, this is a far cry from the first Samsung Behold.

Also known as the T939, the Samsung Behold II will also feature a next generation version of the TouchWiz UI which should pair nicely with HTC's Sense overlay and Motorola's MotoBlur.

Price and release date were, unfortunately, not mentioned. However, sources are suggesting the Behold II will be available before 2009 comes to a close. With Sprint’s Samsung InstinctQ Android phone already FCC approved, the Behold II should serve as a nice counter offer from T-Mobile, especially for those who have an aversion to full-QWERTY keypad equipped smartphones.
