Nokia's Highly-Anticipated Lumia 925 Now Official

Nokia unveiled the highly-anticipated Windows Phone 8-running Lumia 925 in London. Enclosed in an aluminum chassis, the highly anticipated handset comes loaded with innovative features, highlighted by the most advanced lens technology and next generation imaging software. The device touts an 8.7 MP PureView camera, which has OIS (optical image stabilization), auto-focus and dual LED flash. The smartphone has a 4.5-inch IPS display screen with Pure Motion HD+ (1280 x 768 pixels) resolution and peak brightness of 600 nits. The device's preloaded Smart Camera software allows for action shots, changing faces and removing objects from pictures, similar to what can be found on the Samsung Galaxy S4. The Lumia 925, available for EUR469 before tax, will hit market shelves in June, first reaching markets in Europe, the US and China.
