A terrific pair of over-ear headphones with excellent sound and noise-cancelling performance

from TrustedReviews

Technics' EAH-F70N offers a clean, neutral sound and absolutely terrific noise-cancellation. High-res capable and with decent 20 hour battery life, they're not as good as the Sony overall, but they come mightily close in some respects.

With seriously good sound, the new Technics EAH-F70N is an impressive package. I love its airy, open, neat, clean and neutral sound – and it's all the more surprising from a noise-cancelling Bluetooth design. Still, it's not the most comfortable pair of headphones on sale when brand new, feeling a touch too firm-fitting for my tastes – hopefully, age will loosen things up a little.

Great noise-cancelling cans, but no contest for Sony

from TechRadar

While the Technics EAH-F70N are excellent headphones in their own right thanks to their solid noise-cancelling and stellar audio, they don't quite match up to Sony's competition and aren't as affordable.

Boast an impressive set of features and luxurious design but cost a small fortune

from Expert Reviews

So far, I’ve been pleasantly surprised at both the sonic characteristics and the ANC performance of the EAH-F70N. My only concern is that price tag. At €399, Technics will struggle to sway consumers to buy its headphones over big brands Bose and Sony, no matter how they good they are.
