Making a 3-way call on your BlackBerry is simple and offers business people and casual users alike an additional way to be productive and connect with others. Here’s how:
Call person “A”.
Once you are connected, press the BlackBerry menu button and select “Add Participant”.
Select and call person “B”.
Once you are connected with person “B”, press the green “Send” button and you are all set.

When conducting a 3-way call, either of the people can leave the conversation and you will remain connected to the other person.
While on the subject of 3-way calling, you can access contacts from your address book quickly by pressing the key that corresponds to the first letter of their name. If I’m calling “Joe”, I can press “J” and all contacts beginning with “J” will pop up. If I then type “O” it will further pinpoint the contact I am trying to find. This is much easier and quicker than going into your address book and scrolling through all the names!
