1 week in everything has been working awesomely

My wife broke her phone so it forced the issue of an upgrade.  Not terribly happy I couldn't bring my current Verizon phone to Xfinity Mobile, but I will sell my old iPhone.  The two of us don't use much data (normally less than 3 Gig a month so we are buying data at $12/Gig.  Our cost should be 1/2 of what we were paying Verizon.

Hidden Charges

You find out how much this service really costs once you sigh up. Already been charged over $70 and only had the phone service for one week. Canceling ASAP they are over there heads.

I haven't had any issues so far. My girlfriend and I both switched carriers to Xfinity Mobile. We've been very pleased so far. Our phones arrived within 2 days and activation was very easy. I got the Galaxy S8+ and she got the iPhone 7 plus. We ported our old numbers to the new phones.y girlfriend's was fine, but mine had an issue. The Xfinity Mobile customer service person actually started a 3 way call with my old carrier and wouldn't stop until they fixed things on my old carriers end. It worked like a charm after that. Coverage is fine (Verizon towers) and data is extremely fast. We have the $45 plans and have never gone over. We stream TV and videos tons! Overall, a great deal for us.

This Service Sucks

If I could give them less than 1 I would. First off they are running deals for specials they cant even offer.  They don't even have any of the iphones in stock. Then what makes it even worse is that the people that you finally get at customer service after waiting over an hour don't even have valid information in regards to the sale. He didn't have proof of my order, told me what I ordered was available, then came back on the line and said he was sorry but he no longer saw it. This happened twice during the conversation. After being on hold for an hour, then on the phone with the rep for an hour I asked for a supervisor. They can't guarantee  me the deal that I had AND they already charged me the day the order was placed. After giving my card information I was informed that my phone would arrive in two days and to wait for my tracking number. This has been the worst experience ever. They only want to promise you a promotional because they take your money upfront then tell you it can take up to 5 days for a refund. They are horrible and this is a rip off. The launch of xfinity mobile is a failure. Try something else.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - EXPECT A WAIT TIME OF 8 HOURS - NO JOKING

Received my new phones timely. There is an issue with doing the activation online because it will not accept my AT&T account number so that I can transfer my phone number. I called them at 4:10PM (wait time 2:29-3:41 minutes - yes, 2.5 hours to 3.5 hours). I called at 9PM because I never received a call back. The recording stated I was still in line for a call back (wait time at this point 2:35-3:53 minutes - yes, now 2.5-4.0 hours). I opted to be removed from the call back list because I had to go to bed for work. My phone then started ringing off the hook at 12:15AM - yes 8 hours past the time I originally called. I am now trying to call at 5:35AM, and guess what? Hold time 2 hours. Come on!  Here is the funny thing.  If you want to order service, you will be waiting on for customer service just as long because there is only one phone number.  I can only guess they are hurting themselves and folks will not sign up for service if they have to wait that long.

They shipped me a phone without a sim chip and now cannot seem to get me a chip in a day
