I hate customer service as they give you a line of bull malarkey

Ordered a phone under duress I might add 

I did not get it as soon as they wished however I got it about a week later I  got the s8 phone within a week it slipped out of my hand & cracked the screen 

They said no problem, it is under warranty a week later I get a new phones week passes I send the other one back and got charged $600+ for the damaged phone...

I was told it was to be an rma no one said I was going to be charged 600+ as I  live off of my social security check for food and rent so another phone call ensued 

This time they said we will credit your account in 20 days, 20 + days pass I got no credit now they are saying warranty was only for mfg defects this time they agree I was overcharged but I need a supervisor to approve the overcharge credit then I was told his supervisor needs to check my previous phone records for documentation of the telemarketing phone calls

Bottom line was I am charged  for 2 phones 1 usable 1 that I returned 

Someone should have told me "I was libel for the defective phone, try finding a  phone  repair to replace the glass that got cracked ", but no one did!

Customer service

I was with my current carrier since 2001. I switch to spectrum and was mislead from the beginning, The sales agent called me. I did not reach out to spectrum. I was advised to take the cheapest plan. The agent also left off important information,such the auto pay. When I received my first bill, I immediately called spectrum because I was shocked by the overage charges. I  spoke with a CS agent and a supervisor. The supervisor advised me he would have a manager return my call in 24 to 48 hours. After a few days passed I called back and was advised I would be on hold 30 mins to speak with a supervisor. I advised the agent I couldn't hold and she assured me someone would return my call. After a week no one returned my call. I called back only to be on hold for over hour. The supervisor Irlanda I spoke with advised me there was no notes from a previous  supervisor, therefore she couldn't help me. The supervisor was rude would not give me her last name, nor would she transfer me to a manager.  At this point I just want to switch from spectrum back to my old carrier. I am very unhappy after only being with spectrum for a month. Currently I am in the process of calling the corporate office to get this resolved. I have reviewed other customers complaints and this is nothing new spectrum. I received no empathy from the last supervisor.  I know how great customer service looks and Spectrum mobile is the worst. I have my internet and my TV with spectrum and I am considering disconnecting all services.

Totally incompetent

Decided to start cell phone service as I am a internet  customer with Spectrum. Spent an hour with incompetent sales person but finally wrapped up and provided card number only to find out the phone was not available and would no longer be available. Checked back the next day and "Voila" it's available! Next sales person stated it is available but insisted on a supervisor to make sure and guess what , Not available ….but! you can upgrade to the more expensive version. My advise is don't bother with Spectrum it is a SCAM!!!!!

Worse experience ever!!!!

Never got to actually experience the service from spectrum mobile because the ordering experience was a nightmare. Decided to give the cell phone service a try since I was happy with the internet service they provided. Called made an order and was told my phone would be delivered in 2 days. That was great because my service for my current phone was due to expire in 2 days. The 2 days came and gone without a phone from spectrum. I called only to find out my order was cancelled and never confirmed. I then decided not to go through the process of ordering another phone because I would have to renew my current service plus pay taxes on the spectrum phone (which by the way I was never told about in the first conversation that I would be charged for this) so that I could have a phone until the new phone arrived in 3-4 days. This was going to cost over 100 dollars and so I decided to not order another phone. Well to my surprise in 4 days my account was charged 54 dollars from spectrum and I got a notice my new phone was going to arrive that day. Several things made me mad. For one I did not authorize spectrum to order the phone or take money out of my account. The other thing that made me mad was I was told the reason my phone was not sent in the first place was because I did not confirm my order by email. So what changed this time? I still not confirm an order, I actually told them not to send me the phone. So I call and explain all this to a customer representative which tells me my money will be refunded and just to deny the package when it arrives. Well its not over. I denied the package and waited on my refund. 18 dollars and some change. That's what they refunded me. They took 54 dollars but only gave back 18 dollars and some change. They owed me 35 dollars. So again I called them to find out why my refund was not fully refunded. The answer I received was they do not refund the restocking fee. At this point I was beyond mad. I then went on a rampage for several minutes on how I DID NOT ASK for the phone to be sent. Well then I was told they would send me a check for the 35 dollars. 2 days later I got an email saying my 35 dollars would be refunded to my account. So I'm thinking ok since I still have internet with them it must be refunded to that account. NO NO NO!!!! 2 weeks later I still don't have a refund. So I call them. They then tell me I would be getting a paper check but it takes 2-3 weeks to get it. Really because it did not take them that long to take the money out of my account without me authorizing them too. So still waiting on this 35 dollars. I would not advise anyone to order a phone through them. Worse experience ever!!!!!!
