Best network performance for a discount carrier

Received bad customer service

Bought this phone and was very disappointed with the customer service that I received from Metro Pcs. Bought this phone and was very disappointed with the customer service that I received from Metro Pcs. The sales person set up my phone and handed me my phone in my hand but never gave me the Metro Bag in my hand which consisted of my charger and the manual book. I was very disappointed because i was going to buy another LG Motion phone and then I called 611 and complained. I Spoke to 6 agents of which hung up on me. I have never received such bad service.

Have had issue with online payment 2times this past year, again trying to charge 'service fee' until I used same feature via the Spanish site to avoid the service fee. Go figure. Really CREEPY trend to provide such insulting customer service. I am rating '8' based on the fact that basic service is 90% okay, billpay/customer Service is not interested in providing seamless, honest, helpful support.
