Looks good, has all functions, internet, vision, mp3, etc. Only three things I don't like: freezes on your occasionally, battery drains if you use all its functions, and limited internal memory, 40MB I believe so no SD upgradability. Overall, 8/10 rating for this phone. Less

Way too many people are talking negative about this phone. I LOVE IT!!! The internal and external screens are amazing!! I can transfer my pictures through the USB cable very easily. I like the way this camera takes pictures better than my digital (and the fact that you can see the picture you are taking). Features are awesome. I text alot and talk on the phone regularly and the battery can last me about two days. But that's what you get if you want such a thin phone, plus I don't mind plugging it in at night. One thing that does bug me is the contacts list. It's very slow when you try to search for someones name. My parents have razr's and the sound quality is terrible on them compared to this phone. I would recommend this phone to anyone considering it!! Less

Pro: mp3 player, bluetooth, camera Con: poor battery life, freezes occasionally For using this phone as only a phone w/ out using its extra features it has a decent battery life , but if you want to use any of its extras then it will suck down the battery very quickly. but overall its a good phone

Pro: Slim and Sturdy Con: Battery life, Horrible microphone, and Freezes occasionally Don't worry if you drop this phone lol It has lasted through quite a few slams that wouldn't be the same for a Motorola Razor, though it shows wear and tear easily. It is very difficult to be heard on this phone and the speaker isn't that much clearer. The camera for a cell phone is pretty good. Ocassionally mine and others tell me it freezes and don't let your text message inbox get full or it will not except ANY messages at all!! Less

Love this phone

I replace a dinosaur of a phone with this sleek little number. Love the huge display screen. I can listen to music without taking along a separate MP3, love it.

Looks can be deceiving

from Amazon
Yeah it looks cool, but it's got terrible sound quality, even with an ear-piece. Additionally, they've crammed a lot of stuff into the menus that would probably be desirable to some people, but if you don't want it, it's just more junk to have to navigate through. Might want to keep looking.

Gets so service because the antena when they made it is built into THE BOTTOM OF THE PHONE.. now who in there right mind would do that. It drops every call i make, i get no service anywhere, and the camera is already old news. If its free, get it, if you gotta pay anything more then a dollar for it, your getting ripped off.. try the katana, it cant be any worse. Less

Stay Away

I've had mine for more than a year. I was initially very disappointed with the speakerphone. Now with the battery life dying by the week, I need to get a new phone. Pros: 1) Sleek design Cons: 1) Speakerphone is almost unusable! Horrible quality on both ends of conversation. 2) Battery life falls off fast.

I've had my phone for about a year and you should believe it when reviewers say the battery life is bad. A year after buying the phone I'm carrying a charger with me everywhere I go! You can buy a longer life battery, but then your phone is fatter than almost any other phone you can buy. I'm tired of carrying a charger, I put it on the charger while I'm at work and then at home at night just so I can ensure I have a phone. When the battery is going dead (all the time) the phone beeps repeatedly, which would be normal if they beeps didn't cause both sides of the conversation to be silenced. So while you're trying to hurry and finish your conversation, the phone beeps cuts out every other word. It also drops call all the time, and I've heard this is not because of the Sprint service, but the antenae in the phone is not a very good receiver. I don't know if this is true, but in 10 yrs of being a Sprint customer this is the worst service I've ever had. (Not that Sprint has ever had great service.) After this experience, I'm just waiting for my contract to run out so I can get away from Sprint and this phone. Less

It doesn't matter how many bells and whistles come on a particular phone - it's only as good as the carrier. With Sprint, you will be headed for disappointment and frustration. Customer service, when you can actually get through to them, is incompetent. Prepare to have hours of your time stolen from you when you deal with a billing problem with Sprint. After switching credit cards, I've spent days trying to give them the new number to bill to, with no luck. I've had charges for services I never ordered nor authorized appear on my bill, and then spent literally hours of time e-mailing, trying to access their website and calling, with no resolution. Find a phone and a plan you can like with another carrier. Less
