The OnePlus 7T Pro is in many ways a bigger version of the smaller OnePlus 7T. However, it features a few key differences, such as:
- A larger 6.67-inch curved 90Hz AMOLED display running at 1440-by-3120 pixels
- A larger 4,085mah battery
- Only one storage option (256GB)
- A deeper blue paint job
- Slightly different cameras
Even with these differences reviews are quite similar. The larger curved display offers better detail than the smaller flat screen on the OnePlus 7T but does so at the cost of battery life -- largely negating the benefits of the larger battery. Still reviews indicate it will last all day on a single charge.
Some reviews complained of accidental presses on the bezel-free curved display, but otherwise, the screen received rave reviews.
The other major difference lies in the cameras. The OnePlus 7T Pro includes a triple camera setup on the rear but the lenses are different. The main lens is still 48MP and the ultra-wide lens is still 16MP. However, the telephoto lens is 8MP instead of 12MP and features an increased 3x optical zoom.
The front facing lens als hides away in a pop-up module instead of a teardrop like on its smaller sibling.
Still, with these differences, reviewers found camera performance largely the same.
Everything else on the OnePlus 7T Pro is identical to the OnePlus 7T. For additional information on performance, storage, software, design, and more, be sure to check out the full review summary.

- Adam Shepherd, IT ProThe OnePlus 7T Pro isn’t exactly a revolution. At best, it offers minor improvements compared to its predecessor, the admittedly excellent OnePlus 7 Pro. If you’re an existing OnePlus 7 customer, it's unlikely you'll be wanted to rush out and upgrade your device, and if you're weighing up between th...
- Rehan Hooda, BGRThe device stands tall on its strengths while continuously improving on the somewhat weaker aspects. In fact, it can stand its ground with most 2020 flagship smartphones in most aspects. If you are looking for a new smartphone, it is best to wait for the OnePlus 8 Series. However, if you want a smar...
- GSMArenaWe have to admit we weren't fans of the massive size and weight of the device, and the camera quality wasn't the greatest at launch. However, we loved the design and performance of the phone, and while we never quite got used to the size or weight, over time, it felt like a fair tradeoff. OnePlus al...
- Aimee Hart, Top Ten ReviewsThe OnePlus 7T Pro is a great phone that improves on everything that the regular 7T does. It has a better camera, an excellent design and a battery life that’ll give you the chance to game, watch movies, and enjoy yourself to the fullest extent.
- Peter Ferenczi, DxOMarkDespite being a very incremental upgrade over the OnePlus 7 Pro, the 7T Pro is a capable smartphone. Its imaging scores put it soundly in the upper echelons of our database, and its results rarely disappoint. Overall image quality is very good, with accurate exposure, generally pleasant color, and s...
