Sounds like it's the time for the scale-like motion with a N95 handset in each hand? After digging deep in that comparison, it now seems that an upgrade from N95 to N95 8GB is a really viable option. The 8GB is by all means no revolution, it's not like the original N95 owners will wake up to a brave new world. However, some of the most common (and probably most annoying) issues of Nokia N95-1 have been addressed and it's a real step forward for Nokia. So, if you have an original N95 and some of its flaws are really getting on you, look no further - N95 8GB is the cure. As for the other mobile phone owners, we would say that buying a Nokia N95 8GB is a decision you are very unlikely to regret. After all, there is hardly any feature that this handset doesn't have. If you think you can live without a camera lens cover and want to own a real all-in-one device - Nokia N95 8GB is your obvious choice. The N95 is also the cameraphone lovers stuff for matching superb photo/video quality with heaps of storage space.

If you do want to buy one you should be able to pick it up for around $250 if you shop around. It was worth the premium price tag when it came out and it is definitely worth the knock down price you could grab it for now. The only real downside is the poor battery life but unless you demand the latest features and you’re willing to pay a premium for them then this phone can still do a job for you.

Pro: Technically fulfilling. I use it to get my work email (exchange interface)and pop mail. Great 3G, Wifi and capable GPRS connections. A wonderful media device, though the standard audio player isnt the best- however several free players out there that can do the job well. Con: Expensive. 8 gb is nice, but doesnt have expansion slot. The firmware update is a painful process cause the backup/restore isnt the best- though critical data is always saved. Using experience: 1 years I really have no complaints. I had an iPhone but it just didnt feel right in the hands. Big factor here.. i have so much more freedom to back up music and other files and use as ringtones... iPhone is restrictive to iTunes purchased music as ringtones. I guess you could unlock your iPhone to make it better, but i want to update it. Nokia is open source- so there's tons of quality free software out there. So though pricey, you wont get hit with a lot of the little annoyances that prompted me to return my iPhone. Less

Strengths: GPS + 5 Megapixel Camera + DVD Like Video Recording + Symbian OS + Large Screen + Dedicated Media Control + Stylish Looks + Generic USB Connectivity + Dedicated Camera controls + Bluetooth + IR Weaknesses: I guess None. But i do like to say that Nokia should have stuck to the Universal charger adapter pin size, this pin is much smaller than the regular pin for most Nokia phones. this can be delicate. Using experience: 1 Days This is a power Packed smart-phone undoubtedly. I waited for a year to buy this because of budget constraints. And now since i'm having it, i'm using it like a iPOD(video support) & phone. Less

It has capable of using GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900, so it is a world phone you can use it anywhere... It is not a slim phone but if you consider what it has; built-in GPS receiver, A-GPS function, installed maps application covering over 100 countries, Java MIDP 2.0, MP3/AAC/AAC+/eAAC+/WMA player, TV out, Stereo FM Radio, Office document viewer,Push to talk. If you are a tech geek and an average style phone is O.K. for you, I would advice you to own it!!! Less

Strengths: large 2.8" screen5 MP cameralightweight (128g)solid feel keypadmini-USB jackvideo Weaknesses: slider wobble when closedslow software load time Using experience: 2 days First impression when I opened the box was it was really nice looking but a bit bulkier than my old N73. It had a similar look and feel as N80 but flashier, of course. It was nice how the screen flipped horizontal for the media mode. There's a slight wobble for the slider when closed. Not a big issue but something that I noticed. I really liked that Nokia finally changed the old wide-pin jack to the mini-USB one. The split 3-head AV cable was a nice addition to view photos and videos on TV. Software looks the same as my N73 with the same slow loading time. It was suppose to be faster. Not seeing that. The photos had great color but of course doesn't compare to a sole digital camera today but getting way better! The video frame rate is impressive, just like camcorder! And for the random, it has a barcode scanner! Oh the possibilities... Overall, it's a great phone! Less

It has everything I want in a phone. If your lost then you can find your way because this phone has GPS which comes in handy. Did I mention that this baby comes with a 5.0MP camera' This is why I don't need to bring my digital camera around. Overall I would highly recommend this phone to anyone.
