The Nokia Lumia 810 is a new Windows Phone 8 handset that’s going to become available exclusively through T-Mobile. It has a number of exciting hardware features and runs the latest version of Microsoft Windows Phone. It may not look like much, but like many other mid-range Nokia smartphones, it definitely packs a punch.
The first thing you’ll notice upon looking at the Lumia 810 is its large touchscreen display. It uses a 4.3-inch 480x800 panel that sits under a tough layer of Corning Gorilla Glass 2. Inside its 10.9mm thick casing, you’ll find a 1.5GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage, and support for up to 64GB microSD cards. At the back, there’s an 8MP auto-focus camera with Carl Zeiss optics and a dual-LED flash. And it has stereo speakers plus a 3.5mm standard headphone jack.
As you can see, it has got pretty much all the important things covered in terms of hardware. The only thing it lacks in the wireless department is 4G LTE connectivity. When it comes to software, it offers a uniquely different user experience with Microsoft’s Windows Phone 8. The app selection is not as good as Google’s Android or Apple’s iOS, but it’s getting better each day. And the live tile user interface is very refreshing.
Without a doubt, the Lumia 820 is one of the best smartphones ever released with Windows Phone. And if you’re a T-Mobile customer, you’ll surely love the fact that it can be bought for less than a hundred bucks.

- GSMArena Team, GSMArenaIn their effort to find a way around the AT&T exclusivity on the Nokia Lumia 820, the company's engineers have ended up with an arguably better device in the face of the Lumia 810. - David Beren, TmoNewsSo here-in lies my dilemma as I want to love the Lumia 810 and I want to love Windows Phone 8 and I expect plenty of you to shrug off my concerns over the lack of apps e and continue right along with picking up Microsoft’s newest devices. You’d be right to do exactly that. There’s...
- Grant Hatchimonji, BrighthandWhile it offers quite possibly the most attractive design out of all three versions, the fact that it's tied to such a weak network is easily its greatest flaw.
- Russell Holly, GeekIf you’re looking for Windows Phone — or maybe just an excuse to try Windows Phone — the Lumia 810 is free on T-Mobile with a new contract. Despite the fluid transitions and animations, I have a hard time believing this phone is going to last the full two years of a carrier agreement though. While h...
- Eric M. Zeman, Phone ScoopThe Nokia Lumia 810 for T-Mobile is a solid choice for a mid-range smartphone. It may not have a high-definition screen, nor the very fastest mobile processor, but it makes good use of the tools it does include. The hardware might be a wee bit on the blocky and spartan side of the design equation, bu...
