The camera isn't that great so don't expect any great photos. It's a great phone with great features (other than mentioned above of course) that do what a cellphone does best: make phone calls. Less

I can not break this phone.

I'm awful with phones, and I've had this one for two years now. I've thrown it, broke the screen, seen it in pieces and recently dropped it in a glass of ice tea and watched the liquid drain out of the screen. Still as good as new.

The only down side is the key pad. the joystick wears out. I've had mine for 8 months and it's done already. Fido is giving me a hard time in getting it fixed though. They're trying to sell me an inferior samsung phone instead. Even still I don't think I'll ever get anything else other than a nokia phone. Less

As a replacement of my defective Sony Ericsson, FIDO gave me a discount on the purchace of this Nokia handset, which turned out to be worth every penny. As soon as you pick up the handset, you''ll discover the solid feel that Nokia is famous for. The keypad and joystick give enough resistence so as not to allow for input mistakes. As the main purpose of the phone is making phone calls, reception is paramount. Even with FIDO''s weak signals, this handset gets between 4-7 bars most of the time. The conversation quality is as good as you can get with Fido, and it does not cut out. The features are easy to find and navigate, with either the standard menu or the custom "Go to" quick menu. Although this is not a PDA, this phone''s calendar, notes, and to-do list features are much better than the average phone. The hands-free speaker is a useful feature, as I prefer not to have a source of radio waves right by my head. However, some people who I speak to on the phone complain that they cannot hear me very well. With adjustable volume (using side volume keys), one can adjust both the speaker and earpiece volume to match one''s comfort. The 0.3 megapixel camera proves itself by taking clear pictures and video with sound. One can also adjust the picture quality at will, and transfer pictures to PDA''s and other phones via infra-red. Overall, this has proven to be a very reliable and enjoyable phone. I have not encountered any issues so far, as I''ve only had it for less than a week. Although I don''t expect any problems with it (as both myself and my parents have owned other highly reliable Nokia phones), I will post other reviews should I encounter any problems. Less
