It's ok, but not the best!

I had bought this phone about a year ago, and by the 5 month mark, the keys hardly worked for texting, everytime I tried talking on the phone with full reception everyone kept asking if I was talking under water. I thought it was a cute phone cause I got the white one thinking, finally a female Mike phone. The silver on the white started fading, and the silver on the side bars started to come off, I had to finally get it taken in to get fixed. If they give me another one and it does the same thing, I'm gonna say forget it and get out of Mike, cause that is rediculous!!! Less

I was one of the first people to buy this phone and had to have it replaced the next day. The second phone worked very well for the next 6 months. When I took it in every one in the store was surprised that it didn't work. The blue tooth stopped working. In the next 5 months I went through 3 more phones and switch to an I580. The repair rep told me that they no longer recommend this phone to tradesmen as it was not designed for a tough envoirement. When it works it's great but its not for a rough enviorment Less

Great phone, works awesome so far. The new interface is great, it does resemble that of the non-iDen phones like the RZR line, and it is a hell of a lot faster and better than the older iDen interfaces. The battery is the only thing I hate so far, I ran the phone until the battery was fully charged and without the plug-in charger I'm having a hard time charging it with the USB plug on the PC. Less
