I can't believe I PAID for this

Pro: it's A phone Con: pretty much everything else This was an upgrade phone? HA! My parents have the same provider, and have the basic Nokia phones everyone has been issued at some time or another, or at least seen. They always have at least TWO bars for reception. In my house, I rarely have one. On the road, I have more. . . sometimes. I was used to the basic Nokia (3360, i believe) that I got for free, and I got used to the basic features on that phone, such as an alarm clock, being able to navigate the menus with ease, and user friendliness. This phone has "zoom in" and "zoom out" which (depending on how my purse moves throughout the day) spontaneously appear. It has voice dialing but apparently I don't sound enough like myself for it to work on a regular basis. I have had this phone for 16 months and still don't understand it half the time. It hasn't fallen apart yet, though, and it enables me to finish my contract. Those are the only pro's. Less

Pro: NONE Con: EVERYTHING This phone is a horrible phone because the pieces on this phone fall apart slowly. My sister and I have this phone and every time we talk to each other we realize we have the same problem with our phone. First my antenna broke, then a week later her antenna broke. We both live in different cities, so of course I need to talk to her, however because our antenna is broken, we get very bad signals. This is the second time the antenna broke on me. The first time I returned the phone to the original company and they gave me another phone like the first one. And the same thing that happen to the first phone happened to this phone... Less

Reception is nonexistent

Pro: cute phone if you don't need to talk Con: see comment on reception & lack of useful features This phone is pretty useless for me. The keys are tricky, features limited. No alarm clock. Voicemail hard to access. I was used to my Nokia, and the Motorola send/end buttons are reversed so even that took a while to adjust to. Mostly, though, my issue is with the honestly nonexistent reception this phone gets. I will be side by side with my husband, who is on the exact same phone plan (so don't tell me it's the carrier) and he will have a full signal while I have nothing. It's frustrating. I know three other people who had the same phone and the same problems. Everyone has since changed phones. Less
