I love this phone! I got it as my first phone, I had it for 3 years until the contract wa up an we wanted a new phone. It's very strong, I dropped it while I was riding my bike, on the sidewalk, an the phone was the same! It's waterproof, I dropped it in the river, it took me about 3-5 minutes to find, when I I'd I just put in in a bowl of rice and it was all good! I love his phone!

Came out of the washer and works

My husband washed my 2 year old LG 380 and it is still working! I just had to share my experience. I put it in a bag of rice overnight and I was able to turn it on the next day. Love this phone!

Had it for over 3 years. Always been dependable, still original battery too.

It's been two years and Still Lives!

This phone is so tough that it is perfect for any klutz like me that will do all of the above plus more! And the most that's happened is a few scratches on it! There's not many features on it but I still use it a lot, especially for the web. Otherwise, I couldn't have gotten anything better. Less

stuck with the phone as a replacement for ax355

the wave, what a joke wish i could wave goodbye to it. been nothing but a pain after getting it. has a few good items to it but doesnt hold a candle to the old phone i had.

Mediocre Phone

Wanted a flip phone to replace my previous LG flip phone. What I got was a mediocre phone; takes forever to start up, recharge plug cover is flimsy, touch the side volume control when answering a call and the phone cuts the call. Have had this phone for 3 months and have regretted it since.

Of course it handle's other things fine, like downloading stuff. I downloaded a ringtone and im impresseed at how loud the same tone plays compared to my old phone (also an lg). Personally i think it looks great, and doesn't feel cheap. I would recommend it if your on a bit of a budget but still want a good phone that looks sharp. Less

worst phone ever

This is the worst and ugliest phone i have ever seen. my calls are constantly dropped if they even get through. If you are looking for a cool, good looking phone, this is defenitly not for you. i hope this review changes your mind about this phone. Less

A Phone That Lives To Its Purpose!!

I have had the LG 380 for about 2 weeks now and i absolutely love it....my girlfriend bought it for me because she knew that it was a reliable phone from Telus and she is right. I have had no problems with this phone what so ever... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PHONE!! IT IS WORTH THE MONEY!!
