The Honor 20 Pro offers a lot of camera for £550, getting you closer to the action and with a greater versatility than some phones that cost twice as much. The rest of the phone is good too. It’s slick, isn’t enormous, has top performance and long battery life. The software is solid too, but there’s...

I personally think the HONOR 20 Pro is more suited for people who are in the lifestyle business (like vloggers) and the RM2299 is just at the right pricing. Given 111 points by DxOMark, it's certainly a powerhouse camera phone that most consumers can utilize, particularly in low-light photography and portrait modes.

So close to greatness, yet so far

from AndroidPIT

The smartphone offers a remarkable everyday user experience with very good performance, endurance and photo quality that is more than acceptable overall. All of this in a compact and elegant case. Is it really different from the Honor 20 and its competitors? Unfortunately, not really. In any case, not enough to justify the price.

Honor’s going all-in on the smartphone camera game

from TechRadar

The Honor 20 Pro looks, feels and runs like a premium smartphone, but without the polish or the hype - and, most importantly, without the price tag. It's a slick and powerful mid-range smartphone that will give its competitors a run for their money.

What other phone is going to offer three (out of the four) decent cameras in a striking design such as this? Once again Honor has shown its strength by numbers - and while the Pro isn't perfect, as an affordable flagship it's got a whole lot going for it.

Stuff

Despite it's obvious excellence, buying it seems a gamble right now

from Stuff

It lasts for ages between charges, the cameras are about as fun to use as Android cameras get and it doesn’t cost too much considering what’s inside. There are only a few reasons to hold back, and only one is major: until the whole Huawei being shunned by all the big component makers thing is solved, it’s hard to recommend the Honor 20 Pro.
