The HTC Desire 310 is a bit of a missed opportunity, the phone only makes half of the improvements we’re looking for.

Decent performance but mediocre display
Fantastic smartphone features at low price
HTC's Desire 310 is a 4.5-inch smartphone that is available online shops at the time of writing. That already says a lot about the Android phone because the bargain price should make it obvious that some compromises have to be made with HTC's phone. However, the Desire 310 is not a shoddy device but a solid, everyday smartphone.
What does the buyer get for their money? A decently built, enduring smartphone with the slightly older Android 4.2, which has a screen resolution of 854x480 pixels, 4 GB of storage capacity, and a 5-megapixel camera. Apart from LTE, HTC's phone provides a... Full review
A budget smartphone not worth its salt
In a world in which manufacturers are clamouring to showcase how thin their devices are, HTC has created a smartphone that is rather overweight. The Desire 310 has a thickness of 11.25mm and weighs 140g. If you like a solid grip, you'll find the contours actually make for good ergonomics.
The 4.5-inch screen of the Desire 310 is great for single-handed operation. We got the dark blue variant for review, and it looks good. The phone is also available in white.

The dual SIM Desire 310 is seemingly intended to help HTC surge into the lower-cost segment, though its price tag of $220 in the US kind of disagrees with that notion and puts it into the mid-range tier.
As soon as one gazes upon the HTC Desire 310, all is told. It has the bearing of an entry-level, low-cost device, and its design and overall looks do not simply reinforce that notion – they're making the statement itself.
Both the power button and the volume rocker have taken to the right side of the device, and though they're ergonomically placed, they offer unsatisfy... Full review
Sticks to conventional design guidelines and turns out uninspiring
The phone is as pedestrian as they come in terms of looks and it appears that HTC hasn’t even attempted to make it stand out amongst the competition.
The HTC Desire 310 can best be summed up as a work horse. Its not the best looking or the most feature packed phone in its category but it is a reliable phone that’ll get you through a work day while still leaving enough power to take it along for an evening out as well. Performance is consistently good enough to be able to do almost anything you desire of it.
Where the phone does lack is in its multimedia creds. Th... Full review
