When two years are up on a plan... what next? Few decrease because phone is paid off?

Hi Elizabeth. It should be decrease, you can change plan, move to another carrier, or sign up for another contract with a new phone. Depending on your currently plan, I suggest checking on your usage if you're able to maximize it. If not, maybe going for a cheaper plan is a good idea.
