Hi Carl, My father is 60+ Senior Citizen and has limited use for cell phone and the package we get must stop after 50 min which he rarely used in any month. There was no Data in the plan. We Paid $100 for 12 months. How they  can use monthly charge for over charges?

Hi Mak. I think you can check your father's phone for call logs and data usage. My best guess is accidentally opening mobile data.
