My Alcatel One Touch Evo 7 has suddenly got a multicoloured screen and I can't switch it off. Is it broken?
one minute it was working fine then screen just went stripey

had this problem 3 times with mine, each time i pressed the power button till it turned off, about 30secs. Turned it back on and it was fine.
Hi Pauline. Just wait until the battery drains for the tablet to turn off. After that, charge the tablet and turn it on to see if you still see the multicoloured screen. If it's still there, I suggest you bring back the tablet to the store you purchased it from to have it repaired.
