My Huawei P20 lite won't receive picture messages
Hello, I can send and receive text messages, and send pictures but I can not receive them...how do I fix that?

Hi Paula. Do you at least receive a text message with attachment but can't open? If so, try to open mobile connection then go back to the attachment and see if you can open it. Otherwise, please update your APN settings. Which carrier are you with? I can help you find it.
