it doesn't work. i bought the smart watch in china and there is no optionto change language inside watch or after resting the smartwatch. i had to download android wear (Chinese version) not from play store then i can at least get my phone connected to the watch but there is no option to change language inside the app too. Any solution to change the language?

Try this: to changing the language on your watch, simply change the system language on the phone that is paired with your watch. Your watch will then automatically change the language.
