Dear Community,

I have a Blackberry Curve 9320. My company recently changed their email system so I have to create a new email account. Creating the email account is not a problem. However. some of the settings need to be changed. When I go to edit the settings, the navigation key allows me to change the change the server info, type in my password etc. However, I am unable to change the username. My device is automatically generating an email username that is not the correct one and I am unable to change because the navigation button skips over that box. Can someone advise me on how one changes the email username on a Curve 9320. Thank you.
