How to fix the wrong billing on Freedom Mobile?

I transported my number on 6th January 2019 from Freedom mobile account number to a Fido account number. To my utter dismay Freedom mobile withdraw $77.98 through auto payment for usage period jan10,2019 to Feb 9,2019 which I have never used as I had been with fido during above period.
