I've had this phone for about 5 months and all of a sudden today when I try to record or take a pictures its showing up black, and won't save in my gallery as a active picture. Its just the picture symbol with a error symbol on it and it keeps saying "unfortunately contacts has stopped" I have not force stopped any apps and I don't know why this is happening please help!!!!
