My alcatel one touch pop c9 is not charging. When i plug in the charger it starts to charge but some seconds after it just stops. 

Maybe it's just the charger not working. Try using a different charging cable, charging adapter, wall socket, and USB port. If after that and it still won't work, I suggest that you check the battery for any abnormalities. If it looks normal, go to the store where you bought it and have experts check it.
