Why is internet connection slow when in data network with Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime?
Phone says it's in late but acts like only in 2g. Cannot watch videos of listen to music or check face book unless I'm on wifi

Contact your service provider about this. Here in our country, we have LTE but still slow internet connections most of the time.
