Hi Natasha! Which Koodo Mobile phone are you using? Is it not turning or or is it not connecting to Koodo Mobile's network?
If your phone is not turning on, let it charge for at least 15 minutes before trying to turn it on again. You can also try turning it on by press and holding power button + volume down button.
If your phone won't connect to Koodo Mobile's network, please check coverage map if you are still within their reach. Are you using a new SIM? Make sure it is activated.
