Why is my phone not turning on but it blinks red then green and then does not turn on?
My phone stopped working and I tried plugging it in and nothing worked and when I pressed the power button it quickly blinked red then green but did not want to turn on

Hi Drayton. Can you tell me which phone do you have? This seems like a battery issue. Try press and holding power button while the phone is plugged to the charger.
