Test vibration using 3rd party apps like Vibrate Tester (link) and VR Mobile (link).

If if still won't work, then it's probably a hardware issue.

My Honor 4 x vibration is not working on settings and all i checked there is no issue ie:vibration is on. but phone not vibrating
