Mine shuts off on me all the time. i had it for two weeks i paid $240.00 for it at a metropcs store. then it freezes on me and i have to take the battery out and put it back in for the phone to work

Hi Cullen. When did this issue start? Was it like this when you first got your phone or just recently? You can try to update the Play Store or clear it's data. To clear data, go to Settings > Apps. Scroll down a bit until you find the Google Play Store. Tap on that then tap on the Clear data button. Let me know if any of the two methods work.
