Hi NIcki. Have you recently installed an app? Sometimes if an app is not compatible with the phone, it can cause the phone to crash repeatedly. Same thing if you put a corrupt file in your memory card. Uninstall that app or delete the corrupted file and that will usually solve the problem. Another possibility is that your phone itself has a software issue. Updating it to the latest version can resolve your problem.
