This just happened to me today. Hold the power switch until the screen pops up and choose restart. Once it restarts the safe mode should be off.

Out of the blue my ZTE phone just shifted to "Safe Mode." I had not tried to upload a new app. I turned it off and took out the battery. Turned it off overnight, which I do not normally do. Still, every time I turn the pesky little thing on it opens in the "Safe Mode." The little owners manual says nothing about "Safe Mode" that I can find. While it's in this "mode" I cannot access any of my apps. The phone works fine, but I bought a "Smart Phone" to keep from having to run back and forth to my computer for needed info. Please, please HELP!

My phone is on safe mode, can u help? I've tried rebooting, I've tried turning it off and back on several of times.. what's wrong with it???

Believe it or not had two zte majesty phones they BOTH had bad volume switch that was holding down and forcing phone into Safe Mode when you turn it on. Now have third new phone and it works great I love it only drawback I can see it the notification ring is not loud enough so you have to pick a loud ringtone.

Holding down the volume keys will put it in safe mode have u tried rebooting

I have not added any apps only one phone number and yes have taken battery out for 7-8 times for 1 minute then reinstall then it worked for 2 times then back to safe mode. seems it goes into this mode after you shut it off and turn it back on. keep the thinking cap on I need the help thanks a lot.

Have taken battery out about 7 or 8 times it worked 2 different times I thought I had it but it went back to safe mode//// also tried to hold in volume bar while turning it on no luck. Thanks for trying what else have you got I really want to like this phone.

Hi. Before that happens did you install an app? If so can you please uninstall it to see if something happens? Also, you can simple turn it off by removing the battery.
