Why does my BlackBerry 9320 tell me there is no service connection when setting up my email?

just setting up this device to receive email. I have set up the blackberry Id and then gone to settings. email and input my email address and password etc and clicked ACTIVATE. I then just get a message saying - Activation request failed. A service connection is unavailable - Is this something to do with the phone or the EE network?

Any help gratefully appreciated.



Try to set it up while connected to a Wi-Fi network. Let me know if that works.
