Why do I have to press accept button before I can answer a call on my Kyocera Hydro?
When my Hydro rings and hit accept I have to hit it numerous times and it sometimes will not accept

Hey Mike. I was thinking there could be an issue with the touchscreen of your phone. But if you only experience difficulty in the touch responsiveness when pressing the accept button, it could be an issue with the software. A software upgrade usually solves the issue.
