Thank you for responding. I have turned my phone off every time I see that it is at 50% and recharge to 100%. That is usually every 3 days. Same message appears. I have a Smart Tracphone. I have never had this problem before and am unable to connect with a live person at the customer service line.
Hi Elizabeth. Have you tried restarting your phone first? How is it now? Maybe there was just a network downtime.
