Why did the screen go out on my ZTE Majesty after only being dropped once?
My 3 year old dropped this phone one time and the screen stays black. I can turn the phone on/off, change the volume and even unlock the phone, but can Not see anything I am doing on the phone.
HOW can I fix this?

The phone may have dropped screen first. I suggest that you contact ZTE or go to a nearby cellphone repair shop and have your screen replaced. Depending on how much it will cost, you may also want to consider buying a new phone. Good luck!
