Why can’t I get insurance for my new phone at the Boost Mobile store if I bought it online?

I bought a iPhone a few days ago on the boost Mobile website and the lady at the store won’t let me get insurance since I didn’t buy it in the store. 




According to Boost Mobile: "Simply enroll in Phone Insurance when activating your new phone or in My Account within 30 days of purchasing your new Boost Mobile phone with an accompanying monthly plan."

So were you able to get the insurance within 30 days?
