Why can I not hear callers when I turn speakerphone on on my Samsung phone?
Calls work fine until I turn on speakerphone, which causes the sound to stop working - I cannot hear the caller.

Hmm.. Which Samsung phone are you using? Try playing a song if you can hear it from the speaker.
