About a week ago, I was able to watch videos on Facebook with my phone. Then, for the last 4 days, when I click on a video on Facebook, it plays but is totally pixelated. I can hear it just fine. It does this with the Facebook app and on Facebook through my browser. Videos from websites such as YouTube play just fine. I tried uninstalling all the Facebook updates and reinstalling them but that didn't help. My phone system is current on the updates. I don't know what to do to fix this.
